about

Jenn's second solo album exploring experimental electropop.

1. As Seen on TV
2. High on Life
3. Never Enough
4. Everytime
5. Go
6. Smart Music
7. Sail
8. Your Heart
9. Lose Your Mind
10. Take a Trip
11. Awake

This album is an exploration of contemporary production practices (mainly vocal), a social commentary, and playful improvised songwriting.

I was interested in presenting simple representations of things/situations that I think about quite deeply.
For example:
As Seen on TV aims to challenge gender representation and objectification in popular music culture.
Take a Trip asks for more tolerance around migration.
Sail is written from the perspective of a refugee who has fled, but has left loved ones behind.
